Two Randolph Heights Third Graders Win State Poster Contest

Two students from Randolph Heights Elementary were selected from more than 850 submissions as winners in the 2026 Minnesota Council on Economic Education poster contest. K-8 students from around the state showcased their creativity and artistic talent to interpret a topic from a variety of economic and personal finance concepts. Submissions included illustrations of trade, natural resources, needs versus wants, scarcity, opportunity cost, saving money, and more!
Thirteen students in total were recognized for their outstanding work, and students received prizes for the submissions. The award-winning students include Shana B. and Mavis C., third graders in Ms. Simmer's class at Randolph Heights.
