Special Education
Applying Federal, State, and School District guidelines, children may be found eligible for Special Education Services. The process involves referral and evaluation to determine whether or not the student meets established criteria. If the student qualifies, an Individual Education Plan (IEP) is developed with input from parents, regular education teachers, and the child's special education team. Annual goals and objectives are developed to promote the educational success of individual students.
